In this article we employ the nuclear EMC effect to extract parton distribution functions (PDFs) inside Lead (Pb) and Gold (Au) nuclei. Extracted PDFs are utilized obtain transverse momentum dependent (TMD) ones, using computing codes like Pythia 8 or MCFM-10. Through procedure TMDPDFs for charm bottom quarks in Au at $$\sqrt{s_{NN}}=200\;GeV$$ , Pb $$\sqrt{s_{NN}}=2.76\;TeV$$ $$\sqrt{s_{NN}}=5.02\;TeV$$ calculated. To evaluate validity of results investigate influence effect, numerated TMDs used as input estimate heavy quark modification factor $$R_{AA}$$ plane $$P_T$$ . This observable is calculated through numerical solution Fokker-Planck equation. For purpose need drag diffusion coefficients, hard thermal loop correction. It done frame work relativistic hydrodynamics up third order approximation gradient expansion. The compared with same solutions when PFDs considered unbounded protons where not included. comparison indicates a significant improvement computed available experimental data considered.
